Located on the outskirts of Bournemouth and Poole and within reach of the New Forest, the Garden Retreat is a self contained 1 bedroom lodge with private courtyard and hot tub. The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. Lodge features air conditioning, remote controlled blinds, hot tub with mood lighting and floating Bluetooth speaker, outdoor dining area, fridge, combi oven, coffee machine and sofa bed.

Nestled in the picturesque Dorset countryside, this charming Portland stone cottage offers a quintessential English retreat. Set within the grounds of a historic Old Rectory, the property is surrounded by rolling hills, lush meadows, and the tranquil River Frome, providing an idyllic spot for a holiday. It is all on one level,we are able to rent out the whole cottage also which creates an additional 2 bedrooms for extended family - we rarely rent this out to another party and is mostly empty.

With 3 ensuite bedrooms, a further bathroom and 2 sofa beds the house is equipped to sleep 8 comfortably. Open plan living with fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels included for an easy break. Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Falcons Nest

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

Bournemouth and Sandbanks are a 25 minute walk along the promenade. Bus stop at the end of the road will take you to Bournemouth and the Purbecks.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. It is designed like a hotel room, with no cooking facilities but with the addition of a hot tub 😇 Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive Durdle Door - 30 min drive Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!
