Enjoy valley views, a private fenced garden and paddock for the kids to run free. Listen to the bellbirds and feed the horses and goats. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit and stars at night. Explore the lookout in the Blue Mountains, walking tracks and riverside beaches just minutes away. We are a working horse property. Pony rides by request led for children.

Our place is on the river and feels like a tree house. It has its own private jetty and a beautiful outlook where you can unwind, reset and relax. You’ll love our place and the natural light that fills it. We provide linen & towels so you don't need to think about anything. We also have an amazing wood burner fireplace for the colder months! Access is via boat and we provide a tinny, kayaks & SUP. We are close to renowned restaurants like Peat's Bite, Berowra Waters Inn & A Chef Secrets.

Fresh farm eggs, bacon, tomatoes and bread provided for a full breakfast. Along with coffee and teas and cereal. With lots of friendly farm animals.
