Our cottage sleeps 5-6 and is nestled in the Cotswold escarpment below Rodborough Common with over 300 acres of open countryside giving dramatic views over Stroud and the Severn Vale. Off the beaten track but only a short walk to Stroud. A great place to stay anytime of the year but with a woodburner it is very cosy in the winter. Only 1.5hrs by train from London. Loads of good walks nearby inc Cotswold Way. Short drives to Bristol, Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Highchair,cot, stairgate available.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, it has an open plan kitchen/sitting room, en-suite bathroom and is fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thrupp is a quiet hamlet only a mile from Stroud town centre. This apartment is an excellent base for enjoying all the delights and amenities of the immediate area and surrounds. The accommodation boasts wonderful views of Horsley valley and the beautiful gardens and lakes of Ruskin Mill. The gardens are free to visit, and the mill hosts a delightful cafe. Just a ten minute stroll away is Nailsworth town centre, home to many wonderful boutiques, inspiring galleries, and some of the finest restaurants the Cotswolds has to offer.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

The Annex is a light and spacious self-contained studio above a garage with wonderful views across the valley. It has its own entrance, parking, and a private wooden deck with seating. There are plenty of wonderful walks you can do from our doorstep including the Cotswold Way, and a fantastic pub in the village which serves delicious food. You are surrounded by nature and wildlife, but Stroud is only an eight minute drive (or a 40 minute walk!) away.
