Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

A private, bright and airy Annexe attached to our home, which is suitable for 2/3 adults or children. The Sty is in the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. The A419, A420, and M4 are all within easy driving distance. You can be in the town centre or The Designer Outlet in 10 minutes, Cirencester in 15 minutes, Lechlade and Fairford (ideal for the Air Show) in 20 minutes. And only a 45-minute drive to Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Oxford.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Lovely and spacious self-contained two bedroom annexe to our family home in a tranquil, rural setting. Radcot Farm House is situated at the end of a long drive, surrounded by open countryside, arable farmland and uninterruped views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The annexe has its own entrance, enclosed private garden and ample parking for two cars outside. The WiFi at the property is slow due to the remoteness however phone signals are good in the area.
