A Unique Farm Retreat

There’s something magical about The Granary. Set in acres of farmland with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, The Granary brims with rustic charm. Soak amid hot water, steam and fresh air surrounded by nature and birdsong, enjoy magnificent sunsets from the ‘Sundowner’ or cosy up toasting marshmallows over the fire pit - a perfect escape to unwind.

The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

Stride’s Barn

A newly restored and beautifully refurbished oak framed barn conversion bordering the New Forest National Park . With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

The Orchard Studio at Ham Green Cottage is a pretty brick and flint building tucked away in a corner of our truly English country garden. You are completely private. We are family-friendly and you can expect a comfortable stay and warm welcome. We are in a village close to the historic city of Winchester, however our setting is completely rural and quiet. We have a fantastic village pub or there are lots of places to chose from in Winchester itself - the best of both worlds!

This extra large ‘Hay Wagon' which stands alone, nestles under the tree line with spectacular landscape views. Added in the grounds is a spacious open fronted shed which enhances your entertaining space and includes an outside rainfall hot shower, seating, coffee table and BBQ.
