I am excited to invite you to our newly refurbished self-contained and eco-friendly ground-floor apartment, located just a five-minute walk from the train station as well as the cafes, bars and restaurants of Stroud. Our place is perfect for couples or friends or those on a business trip. Cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk. Stroud's award-winning market is every Saturday. The apartment is contained within our house and shares a front door with the main house.

Situated just off the Cotswold Way national trail, it's the perfect pit-stop for keen walkers (or runners!). If sight seeing is more your thing, the popular 18th Century Rococo Garden is just a 5 minute walk away. Ideally located for travel to Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester all within a 20 min drive.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. Located in the middle of Laurie Lee’s setting for his book Cider with Rosie, this is a rustic camp tucked away at the very top of a 12-acre smallholding with picturesque views across this lovely Cotswolds valley. Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
