It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

The house consists of a living room with kitchen, three bathrooms with walk in showers, 4 double bedrooms and a fifth, the so-called, FUN ROOM, conceived as a small children's living room, equipped with board games, a large TV and Play Station 4! Each room upstairs is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning . There is a laundry room, which consists of a washing machine and dryer.
