Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in is from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Retreat

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
