Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. This self catering cottage is situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow near the Peak District National Park. The cottage is close to the village with 2 pubs and set in 50 acres of woodland teeming with birds and wildlife. Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: With electric hob &oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, TV, bedroom with super king size bed(twin beds are available on request) and fold away table and 2 chairs. Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.
