This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

Rokeby Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which hosts a great range of excellent pubs, cafes and shops.

This stylish conversion sits on the edge of the Peak district, offering spacious accommodation over one level. Perfect for walking, cycling, climbing and exploring local attractions. The village pub is a short walk away, serving food throughout the year. The property itself has 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds, and an extra single sofa bed. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
