Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Rural Self Contained Farm Annex

Beautiful self contained annex surrounded by farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to the beach & The New Forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome (Extra charge of £20 per stay) but not allowed upstairs. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge & upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Use of the field directly opposite annex for walking dog.

New Forest Cottage, a peaceful, charming haven

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the small village of Tiptoe in the New Forest. Relax in secluded tranquility, or delve into the breathtaking delights of the New Forest with gorgeous country walks, dedicated cycle paths through ancient woodland and delicious food at country pubs or cosy tea rooms. The perfect retreat from which to explore the harbour town of Christchurch, Milford-on-Sea with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, and the Georgian market town of Lymington.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Welcome to the Foredeck, a beautiful, well-equipped, self-contained flat with uninterrupted stunning sea views, perfect for a seaside getaway. On the ground floor, at the front of a seafront house, The Foredeck is completely self contained with its own conservatory, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and garden area. It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

The HayLoft, a charming hideaway in the New Forest

The Hayloft, as we fondly refer to it in our family, is a delightful hideaway, tucked away in the heart of the New Forest, with everything you need to escape from the stresses of every day life. Once a stable block, the Hayloft was recently converted into a charming maisonette spread across 2 floors. Having retained all its countryside charm thanks to the original wooden features, the HayLoft feels cosy and homely yet is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped given its size.

Shepherds' hut close to the sea and New Forest

Glamping at its best. A beautifully crafted shepherds' hut set in its own picket fenced garden. Perfectly situated within a few minutes of the beach and forest. Facilities include a fridge, microwave hob, barbeque and cosy log burner. A fully fitted shower room and a choice of double bed settee or bunks. There are riding schools and hacking centres close by. Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.

Just 2 miles from the coast and less than a mile from the New Forest, The Old School House is a characterful, privately owned, self catering cottage. Offering a retreat for couples, friends and families for both short and long breaks. Alternatively, popular with business when working in the Southampton or Bournemouth areas. All year round availability.
