A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

Bordering North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire, we are just over half an hour's drive from Chester, Shrewsbury, Llangollen and 20 minutes from Wrexham. Great cycling and walking from the gate and many beautiful meres, including Alderford, minutes away. Perfect for wild swimming!
