Our 200 year old spacious one bed cottage offers all mod coms, including king size bed with 100% eco bedding. The modern bathroom offers combined bath/shower. The kitchen is well equipped and leads out to an outdoor balcony with views. The cosy living room offers plenty of seating, Smart TV and a fire.

This is a generously sized cottage over 3 floors, sleeping 4 people and set in the countryside of the High Peak, close to some great walks and pubs. A number of walks are accessible directly from the cottage. Hayfield village and Kinder Scout are 5-10 minutes drive away, Mam Tor slightly further. Close to Chinley train station (10 minutes walk) Welcome pack provided, including food basics and wine. Dogs welcome (upto 2) Fully compliant with recent changes to fire regs.

Located in Fernilee in the Goyt Valley area of the Peak District National Park.Buxton is less than 10 mins drive away , we are surrounded by walks in the woodland, moorland and along reservoirs. Accommodation is in a private suite with a double bedroom, en suite shower room and a living room with basic cooking facilities comprising of a kettle, microwave, single hob, toaster and fridge (no oven), suitable for making snacks and light meals. Our small dog lives next door

Stunning views from property across Combs Reservoir and Chapel Golf Course which offer green days. Ideal for children with access to play facilities and animals (chickens and rabbits). Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.
