This villa with private saltwater pool (chlorine free) is elegantly furnished and is located in walking distance from a lovely sandy beach, restaurants and bars.
It's also an ideal base for exploring the delightful baroque towns of Noto, Scicli, the archaeological sites of Syracuse, the Vendicari oasis, the island of Capo Passero, the Cavagrande nature reserve or visiting the Etna Park.

Outside, the villa is located in a plot of approximately 427 m² with trees, flowers and lawn where there is the saltwater swimming pool (not heated) with sun loungers and parasols to relax, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.

Nel 2014 abbiamo fondato l'agenzia Novae Dimore e collaboriamo con amici e proprietari per l'affitto delle loro case, sparse in tutta la Sicilia. Ciascuna casa riflette il suo proprietario, i suoi gusti ed il suo stile. Ad accogliervi ci saranno persone, da noi selezionate, che vi daranno tutte le informazioni per una immersione autentica nella realtà locale.
