I can’t recommend this enough if you are looking for a true Tuscan cooking experience. Eleonora was extremely knowledgeable but most importantly made us felt welcome, was friendly and kind to my wife and I and the other guests. It was a pleasure to have been a part of her cooking class. Everything was well organised, structured and food especially was amazing, I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend! :)

This experience was the highlight of my first time coming to Italy. I was so excited for the experience and it did not disappoint at all. From the views (even though it was raining), to the food, to the host and Assistant, and the group of people that were with us, everything was fantastic! I would absolutely do it over and over again. We all received the recipes that we made, and I will absolutely attempt to make pasta from scratch back in the States! At the end of the evening, our host had a taxi waiting for us so we did not have to call upon one for ourselves. Thank you so much for having us!

Hospitality at its best. Elenora and assistant made all 8 of us feel right at home in an Italian farmhouse atmosphere. Everything was ready for us, fresh ingredients, measured out, each of us with specific assignments to create a collaborative, delicious, 6 course meal that we got to share together at the end. Along with meeting such interesting fun people, another favorite moment was making our own individual ravioli. We also got all the recipes written out so that we can try recreating the meal at home. Thank you Eleonora for making memories we will never forget.

Eleanora was amazing host. She was super friendly and spoke English well. All of the dishes we made we fantastic. Her farm overlooking the Tuscan countryside is beautiful especially if you can time the class to see the sunset. Be aware that it is a very steep, winding, narrow road to the farm but completely worth it!! Grazie mille, Eleanora!!
