Yoka's place is a great budget find, amenities were top-tier, room and surroundings were clean and well maintained. It was very easy to navigate to and from, close to a train station on the main train line, parks and convenience shops. Exactly as an airbnb should be with both a personal responsibility and hotel-like hospitality.

This was an okay stay. It wasn’t very clean. The house didn’t have any simple household items like paper towels, or enough hand soap. There were old sponges left in the sink. We ended up buying some kitchen items during our stay.

Hosts were okay at responding. They didn’t seem to be helpful when I asked questions and did not have all their information accurate. They’d message me one thing, but in our check-in/check-out documents it said another thing. It was very confusing and overall not the best communication or house if I am comparing to other experiences.

Location was great though! Lots of Korean restaurants in the area and Japanese ones too but I hear this is known to be Korea Town so way more Korean restaurants than Japanese.
