Ioannis's place is authentic, with big balcony full of flowers. Ioannis was a friendly host. I recommend the place and Ioannis as a host.
The neighborhood now has refuges though, which is sad to see, other than this all is very good.

Remember about flowers (I am not very good with this usually) and heater (I forgot several times to switch it off - it is behind the door).

We stayed 2 weeks in Ionnanis flat, and we really enjoyed it. Pictures show everything you need to know. Everything works. Hot water, AC and Ventilator in the bedroom, amazing teracce and quiet to sleep. The bed is not the most comfortable but we pimp it with the topper from the couch and that worked great. The neighborhood is a mulit cultural one but not dangerous etc at all. We liked it! Definitely we will stay there again. Ioannis is a cool easy going guy and is always reachable when you need something.
