märts 2020THIS IS A CONDEMNED BUILDING.
I’m going to keep this short. This building had a condemned sign on the front gate, stating it has been closed by the Escazu authorities. We didn’t see the sign when we arrived as a lady had used the remote control to keep it open.
The pictures you see here must be from when it first opened as this place is dark, dirty, grungy and does not feel safe. We have reported this listing.
The windows did not close properly, the doors did not lock. Half of the lights do not work and there is broken windows. It was dirty and abandoned so I have no idea how they’re running this scam and getting away with it.
We did not stay the night.

märts 2020Our reservation at another Airbnb was cancelled because the owner was concerned about the Chinese virus. I came accross this advert, the owner responded immediately and we were taken care of.
Because there were no other reservations we had complete privacy. We used the bbq facilities by the pool and had a bbq with our 2 families. The kids could roam free to play tag and hide and seek, as the property is large but very private with a wall around the perimeter.
