Henry is an awesome guide! I came to Maui last year with my 16 year old son and booked The Road to Maui. We had such a wonderful time that I booked him again when returning with my 69 year old mother. Knowing everything we did the first trip Henry mixed it up and took us to a couple of the same locations but lots of different spots as well, so each time was very unique. Last trip my son got to jump off a cliff off a waterfall and this time I got to jump off one in what felt like my own private lagoon. Henry took us to spots that met our energy and ability levels. He knew all the locals and we loved getting to shop local along the way. With Henry there is no need to worry about taking pictures, you get to live in the moment. I cherish the video I got to memorialize my time with my son and know I will cherish the one with my mom as well.

Henry was an amazing host who brought a lot of humor and local insight to every stop on the trip. I greatly appreciated all the facts and jokes he shared, as well as the amazing photos he captured for us.

The private Road to Hana tour was truly the highlight of my Maui trip! Henry was not only an excellent driver on the winding roads but also an incredible storyteller, sharing fascinating local insights that brought the journey to life. We stopped at breathtaking waterfalls, serene black sand beaches, and charming roadside stands for fresh banana bread, pineapple smoothies, and the famous huli huli chicken.

The tour wrapped up perfectly with the scenic drive along the back side of Hana — absolutely spectacular! The flexibility of a private tour made the whole experience feel relaxed, personal, and unhurried.

To top it all off, Henry captured the most beautiful moments along the way — memories I’ll cherish forever.

I can say it enough.. book it. Me and my sister had the best time. We did the 4 hour tour first then the very next day did the 8 hour tour. We laughed, we played, we learned so much about the island and so much more. Don’t hesitate to join him you won’t regret it. We hit numerous water holes, waterfalls and hidden gems. It was an unbelievable experience of the island.
