The listing was clear that we should not reach out before 3p to get in. We waited until 3:30p I reached out to AB&B and then Lea, who gave me the new host's (Antoni's) number. Antoni replied that the access was supposed to be automatically sent. I told him that it was not, and he immediately sent it.

When we got in, there was a big white string on the floor. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was only one roll of TP (for 4 people for 1 week?). The patio furniture was inside instead of on the balcony and the tables were filthy. The toilet seat was worn down to the wood and one of the feet was broken off. I asked for a new one (from Antoni and a housekeeper, never got one). They came and vacuumed and brought 3 rolls of TP and left a container of Pine Sol but didn't clean anything. I cleaned the bacon grease from the microwave, dust off the top of it, counters, and hair from all over the bath floor. The fitted sheet on the king bed had hairs on it. I told Antoni-nothing was done.
