We came as a family and this was so fun. It was great to learn something we can take home with us and we can make this again. Would recommend this to anyone.

Noemi is a wonderful host. She provided us with a quick welcome snack in the form of a pastry and blood orange punch. The tour around the farm and vineyard was nice and low key without a lot of information that we will soon forget. Their truffle hunting dog is adorable.
We then headed down to the winery to watch a ten minute video on the history of the land and the farm/vineyard. I appreciated that they acknowledged that climate change is presenting them with extreme challenges to their way of life.
The wine tasting was wonderful and educational at the same time. I learned so much during the six wine sample. I was surprised to hear from her that the optimal time to let the red wine breathe is 2-3 hours! We also got to learn about our fellow tour members as we sampled two whites and four reds.
The last part of the tour is the pasta making experience. We made tortellini and ravioli and then ate our creations with a nice bottle of Sangiovese. I highly recommend this tour as a must do!

Beautiful and unique experience! Everything was perfectly organized, the wine and food were absolutely delicious, and the group I was with was amazing :) One of my favorite days of my trip to Italy!

I cannot recommend this experience enough for those looking to tour and taste at a winery in Tuscany. I really enjoyed the history of the farm and the delicious wines that we had. After the tasting you get to make and eat a delicious pasta meal. Laura was amazing with our group and made the pasta class even more fun! All the staff were extremely warm and welcoming which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Many laughs were had and some new friends were made. If you are on the fence about booking don’t over think it and just book! It was a great full day activity outside the city and well worth the money spent!
