We had the best time! Fantastic communication ahead of the class. Meeting spot was easy to find and transit was comfortable. They made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their time. The views from the villa are 10/10. We enjoyed the variety of dishes we made. It was nice relaxing knowing the directions and tips/ tricks were provided in a written document. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Florence. A memory that will last a lifetime.

It was my first time preparing pasta from scratch and first airbnb experience- ladies were both professional,fun, organised and so easy going at the same time , they encouraged me and fiancé to search for similar experiences.

This was an amazing class! I spent my 30th birthday here making pasta with the best group! It was nice to get to know people from different locations and share the love of pasta and Italian food together! The location and views were beautiful and the room in Francy’s home where we made the pasta was lovely. Francy was very knowledgeable and so fun with all of the birthday toasts and special candle lit dessert! She really went above and beyond! We made 3 kinds of homemade pasta as a group and were given delicious bruschetta and dessert along with unlimited prosecco , a welcome snack and spritz and a goodbye limoncello ! Whatever you do when you are in Florence , book this class!!

My absolute favorite experience during my entire trip to Italy. If you’re debating signing up for this pasta class, don’t hesitate any more - do it. It’s worth every penny. The venue is so warm, welcoming and has incredible views of Tuscany hills. The hosts are so friendly and it felt like reconnecting with extended family / friends you haven’t seen in a while. Then there’s the actual art and experience of making pasta and enjoying the delicious food. It’s everything and more. Thank you Francesca for an incredible time!
