It was great to support this Portuguese family run business!! Our host was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He provided exactly what I was hoping for: knowledge about port and vineyards in Portugal along with an opportunity to taste 4 delicious ports! I highly recommend this experience.

As a group of six we enjoyed a wonderful Port tasting at Quevedo. Under Camila's fantastically enthusiastic and animated guidance, we learned about the history of the house, the basic principles of Port, and sampled four delicious varieties. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the world of Port in a small-scale setting!

I loved my port wine tasting experience with Ines! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to chat with & learn from. She shared about her experience being a local and her family’s history in the wine business. Although I thought that this tasting would be with a larger group, it ended up being really special & intimate as a 1:1 tasting. I was able to ask all of my questions and she even let me taste their 10 year old tawny which definitely was my favorite port of the evening! Obrigado!

P.S. There was the option to buy tickets to Quevedo’s fado show and it was fantastic! Very intimate, beautiful, entertaining and engaging. Highly recommend!
