Lucas is a nice guy, and his place is perfectly located for anyone interested in visiting Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival, but the bathroom of the place is in dire need of a thorough cleaning.

Amazing location for the fringe. Clean, comfortable, no problems!

Abit noisy at night, other than that it was quite a good stay, spacious. Ideally located near the city area.
