Be careful, this fishy korean jerk tricked me twice:
When I booked apt for 5 weeks, evidently, his staff tried to show me three units that had nothing in common with one I booked but a shady host;

After I pissed off, so he agreed to refund my money, and here starts second part:
As I did not deal much with refund drill I was not aware of details. So he(host) said he will not cancel the booking but will pay me in cash right now.

So as my booking required 2 payments, 4-weeks and 1-week - he returned me for the first week.

Then when my card was charged again(for second payment), he said that air-bnb pays him not 100% from money I pay(which is understandable, airbnb considered this as a normal order so charged its fee), so he is not going to compensate my lose.

Conclusion:
- be carefully with this one, even if you agreed to stay there - check twice photos and real unit - for them it is normal to do shitty business;

- if it happened he screwed up and you better force him to cancel the deal - insist on proper cancelation on his side. He would probably say he cannot - then get airbnb involved to handle the shit;
