This place is utilitarian. There is no common space or place to even sit at a table to eat. The "kitchen" is a mini-fridge and microwave shoved in a corner of the stairwell landing on each level of the multi-level stairwell where there are two rooms to each level. You have to wash your dishes in the shared bathroom sink which I guess is considered to be a part of the "kitchen" but frankly kind of grossed me out. The place was clean albeit beat up, tons of scuffs and scratches in the walls. The sheets were fresh and the thermostat is under lock and key and I was frankly quite cold and wish I could have adjusted the minimum temperature from 67F to 70F. The reason to stay here is that you're on a budget and do not plan to spend much time in your room other than to sleep and relax a little at the end of the day. I stayed here for 6 nights and would not want to repeat that.
