In the summer time, the legislature grounds become a hub for riding electric scooters, picnics in the parks, and an outdoor swimming area. Local restaurants and hidden gems are only 10 minutes walking distance away along with a beautiful view of our river valley across the high level bridge nearby!

The legislature grounds are home to beautiful fountains and gardens. The picture perfect landscape is popular among tourists and is located down town. There are als tours at the legislature itself where you can learn about Edmonton history.

Beautiful legislature grounds. Good for picnics, photos, walks. Connected to Central Edmonton's River Valley system. I recommend walking, as parking is scarce, and picking up food for picnic when passing by Save-on-Foods.
