The most popular of them are Susam, Kahvedan, 21, Rose Marine and Smyrna. For fish, you can drop in at Sur Balık, and to embrace the sea you may go down to the shore through the stairs to Galataport.

This is where you are right now! Cihangir has seen brighter days but is still one of the hippest, coziest neighborhoods in Istanbul. There are cool little shops scattered throughout this neighborhood - with some architectural gems added to the mix. Just go out and wander about whenever you have free time.
