Mugdock Country Park can be accessed through Mugdock Woods. Great way to stretch the legs, pop into the garden centre see the old castle ruins and get a hot chocolate at the cafe on the grounds.

One of the best country parks on the north of Glasgow. 15 minutes in the car. Good for walking the dog. Good for country scenes Good for kids as there is an adventure park Good for the family to get out into the fresh air.

Lovely park with lots of walks, cafe and bike hire

Large nature walk and visitor centre - great for famileis with climbing and play areas as well as walking dogs - quite flat too for all ages
