Kailua Speak Easy. Enter through the phone booth, drinks are amazing. Recommend the Ramos Fizz if the right bartender is working.

It is an upscale speakeasy bar in Kailua, they require a dresscode. Reservations are required

It's a speak easy inside Kailua Town Pub. It's more expensive but great for date nights.
